Share Bots
Share a Bot when another person should use its role and instructions in their own organization. You need the right to share that Bot.
Invite a person
Section titled “Invite a person”Use your client to invite a person by email or make an invitation link. Only an active top Bot can be shared: one owned by a person or organization. An email invitation lasts seven days. A link can serve more than one person.
Accept and work
Section titled “Accept and work”Sign in, accept the invitation, and choose your organization. You get a linked Bot there. Its name, role, instructions, and model come from the source Bot. It works with your access and App connections. The source owner does not gain access to your Chats. Your organization bears the model usage.
End access
Section titled “End access”Revoking an invitation stops new acceptances; it does not remove people who already joined. Remove a Bot member to end their access. Archiving the source Bot also stops linked Bots. As a recipient, archive your linked Bot to leave.
