Your first task

Use this guide on an OpenBot service that your organization already runs. You need its client or a linked Channel, an active membership, and a Bot with a working model.

  1. Sign in and choose the organization where you want to work.
  2. Choose a Bot you may use. Ask your administrator for one if none is available.
  3. Send a small task: “Make a list of three things to check before a meeting.”
  4. Read the answer in the same conversation. You can send a correction or a further question there.

OpenBot keeps one direct Chat between you and that Bot. Your client may show the answer as it arrives or when it is complete.

State the result you want and give the needed facts. Add files or connect an App when the task needs them. Long work can come back later through delegation.

If a request arrives, check the action and its scope before you decide. An answer in the Chat does not always mean all background work has ended.

A missing organization needs an invitation or access from its administrator. A Bot without an available model needs a model choice. Ask your administrator when you cannot choose one. For a missing operation in your client, ask the client provider.
