Rules and Grants
A Grant keeps an allow or deny decision for a Bot capability. A Rule states in plain language when a Bot may do work. Both can affect later requests.
Keep a decision
Section titled “Keep a decision”When answering a request, choose the scope you intend. A Chat Grant applies in that Chat; a lifetime Grant stays until revoked. Write a Rule only when you want a condition judged on later work. State the action, target, and condition clearly.
Review saved choices
Section titled “Review saved choices”Use your client to read the Rules and Grants you may manage. Revoke a Grant when the permission is no longer wanted. Change or delete a Rule when the task changes. These choices do not grant rights beyond your organization access.
When a request still arrives
Section titled “When a request still arrives”A Rule needs a judge model set by your administrator. If the judge cannot decide, a Bot or person must decide. A saved choice also may not match the new action or target. Read the new request before changing a wider rule.
