Sign in and your account

Use the client address your organization gave you. OpenBot uses an outside sign-in provider; it does not keep your password.

Start sign-in in your client. Give your work email when asked, so OpenBot can use the right provider. Complete sign-in at that provider, then return to the client. If no provider is available, contact your administrator.

Choose the organization for this work when you belong to more than one. Signing in alone does not make you a member. Accept an invitation, or join through the domain or sign-in service your administrator has set up. A suspended membership cannot do work.

Your direct Chats and App connections belong to your space in that organization. Switching organizations does not move them.

A user token is a secret that lets a program act for you in one organization. Create one only when a tool you use needs it. Give it a clear name and an end date. Save the secret when it is first shown; you cannot read it again. Revoke it when the tool no longer needs access. A token cannot do more than your account may do.

Sign out when you finish on a shared device. For password or sign-in recovery, use your sign-in provider. For membership and rights, contact your organization administrator.
