Add a Live model

A Live model is a model with the type live. Add it, and link it to a provider that has a Live backend. Today, only openai providers have one: the OpenAI Realtime API. See Models.

Then link gpt-realtime to an openai provider. A Live model never runs text Turns, and a text Chat cannot choose it.
